Are you experiencing problems dealing with an unexpected loss?
This could be the death of a loved one, or a miscarriage, or a sudden change in circumstances like being separated, retirement, unemployment, moving jobs, cities, states, or countries
Are you struggling with grief?
Perhaps it is fresh grief from a recent loss, or it might be old grief that never seems to have gone away.

- I am also a Workplace Behaviour Officer (dealing with harassment & bullying).

I have what I call an action orientated therapy approach: this doesn’t involve coming to a clinical environment and sitting on a couch. We can tailor this around your personal needs.
