Beautiful exploration of breath and the element of air.

As Autumn settles around my shoulders, I have found myself considering air and water after reflecting on my post Blackberries and Perscribed Burning.

I used all four elements as meditation points through my cancer treatment – I need to consider how best to articulate the air and water aspects, because Blackberries and Perscribed Burning was definitely about the fire and earth aspects!
