I confess, I don’t really enjoy cooking. It’s one of those things that I regard as a chore, no matter how I try to reframe it. Regardless, I do really respect (and envy a little) those who enjoy it and do it well.
This blog mentions some great cookbooks based around traditional recipes; which is a great way to honour Ancestors. I think there would be some great references for those who do enjoy creating food, and I honestly think it is a marvellous way to connect with those you love, with the Ancestors, and with the Mysterious Ones.
